Okay, it's spring, time for sandals and dresses, etc. BUT... This Nor'easter is changing the game. Boots, pumps and kitten heels are the order of the day @ Union Station in DC. Except for a select few with the courage to step away from the norm. I know what you're saying... And well, it's a pump, but definitely not the norm. Jeffrey Campbell 8274-DI in camel works. It got neutral covered, hot this spring. The ruching is unique along with the piping. I would expect to see this on some wannabee starlet in Hollywoodland.
